The Millionaire Exercise
What 7-figure creators do every day
I was always obsessed with fitness.
Bodybuilding, nutrition, recovery—I learned and did it all. I may not have the physique or performance that I want now, but I am motivated each day to develop my health.
So it blew my mind when I noticed how 7-figure(+) creators like...
Dan Koe
Dan Go
Justin Welsh
Tim Denning
…and more do a certain exercise every day.
Q: What is this millionaire exercise?
A: Drum roll, please…
*Drum roll sounds*
They walk.
No, like they walk walk.
Millionaire creators have time carved out in their schedules to walk!
Why walking of all things?
It’s an activity all of us do on a regular basis without even thinking twice. You walk to get from point A to point B. What else is there to say?
I was skeptical myself.
Until I started a walking habit every morning for an hour this past July.
And I've got to say. Walking is more powerful than you may think.
I cannot articulate how beneficial walking is in this Letter. With more experience & clarity, I will write The Millionaire Exercise 2.0 in the future.
So here’s a list of just some of the benefits I noticed. Walking…
Improves mental health
Buys you time to think, gather your thoughts, & gain clarity
Relaxes the mind for constructive deep thinking & insight
Relieves stress (chemicals, neurons, & stuff)
Increases blood circulation & oxygen flow in the body
Gets you Vitamin D from the sun (so important for happiness/energy)
Exposes you to other fellow walkers—other fellow humans!
Makes you smarter with audiobooks, YouTube, and podcasts.
…and so much more.
Millionaire creators walk to gather their thoughts, generate ideas, and sharpen their minds. They do this out of intention for their creativity and success.
As for me, I also noticed how much more at peace I’ve become with my mind. The extra 150-200 calories burned per sesh ain’t bad either!
I’m convinced that walking is the best form of cardio. Walking outside in the sun has been SO much more fulfilling, calming, and fun than walking on my gym’s treadmills. (This is my opinion, of course)
Walking gives you physical AND mental gains. It is an exercise for the heart and mind. Best of all, it gives you clarity, connection, and curiosity with the world and yourself.
Why isn’t anyone else talking about this?
Your Takeaway Message
Go on a walk today!
Even for 15 minutes, walk outside with intention. Listen to your favorite audiobook, song, or podcast. Even better, listen to your thoughts. Make peace with your mind.
See how walking transforms you. Now that’s what I call holistic wellness.
That’s all for this week friends.
If you like our newsletter, consider sharing it with a friend. It would be awesome to have them join us.
Until then, have a blessed day!
